Reka Rubber focuses on strong growth

Reka Rubber is investing in strong growth, which it is pursuing by actively increasing its market share and ensuring its ability to support the business growth of its existing customers. Growth requires resources, and in addition to a new sales director, Reka Rubber has hired three new sales managers to join its team.

Investments in machinery and equipment will increase Reka Rubber's production capacity at both its Polish and Finnish factories. An extrusion line costing EUR 1.3 million, purchased to increase the volume of black hoses, will be commissioned before the end of this year. Additionally, the capacity and productivity of moulded products will be boosted with two new medium-sized injection moulding machines, which will be in use by the first half of next year.

Investments to reduce emissions

Reka Rubber remains committed to long-term growth, supported by investments in production technology that generates lower emissions and consumes fewer natural resources. A power-to-heat thermal storage solution, which will significantly reduce CO2 emissions at the Aura factory, will be introduced during the first half of 2026.
