Proverse Interactive has acquired Nolwenture

Helsinki and Joensuu, Finland – ProVerse Interactive, a European leader in industrial and dual-use metaverse solutions, has acquired Nolwenture, a Finland-based software development and IT consulting company. The acquisition enhances ProVerse’s in-house technology capabilities, accelerates its global scaling efforts, and deepens its capacity to deliver high-performance digital solutions to both public and private sector clients.

The combined teams will continue advancing secure, hardware-agnostic digital environments that transform real-world operations into immersive, collaborative ecosystems. The ProVerse platform is designed for mission-critical use and it enables system integration, remote operation, and real-time collaboration through advanced XR interfaces, sensor fusion, and AI-powered analytics.
