The results of the EPSI Rating 2025 survey show that DNA once again has the most satisfied and loyal broadband customers in the industry. DNA achieved the highest overall scores in customer satisfaction for both consumer and business broadband services. Among consumer customers, satisfaction is driven by factors such as product quality, reliability, and value for money - areas in which DNA again received the highest ratings.

DNA clearly maintains its leading position in consumer broadband customer satisfaction. The customer satisfaction index score is 73,5, which exceeds the industry average of 71,3.

“We are truly grateful for the trust our customers place in us. It is especially rewarding to see that we have succeeded in creating a service experience where customers feel they receive what has been promised. As the market leader, we will of course continue to develop our services to ensure customer satisfaction in the face of evolving digital needs,” says Mikko Kannisto, Vice President of DNA’s Consumer Broadband Business.

DNA also retains the top position among business customers

In the business customer segment, the results show that DNA’s broadband customers are also the most satisfied in the telecommunications industry. The customer satisfaction index score among business customers is 74,1, which is higher than the industry average of 73,3. Business customers rated DNA particularly highly in areas such as product quality, flexibility of customer service, and value for money.

“In Finland, people are already accustomed to fast, reliable and well-functioning connections. That’s why customer satisfaction increasingly depends on listening to needs and fostering proactive partnerships. Our leading position shows that we’ve succeeded in these areas exceptionally well,” adds Kaapro Kanto, Vice President of Network and Cloud Services for DNA’s Corporate Business.

About the EPSI Rating survey

The independent EPSI Rating organization interviewed approximately 1,200 private and business customers in Finland in September 2025. The survey examined how satisfied Finns are with their primary broadband operator across various dimensions: brand image, expectations, product quality, service quality, and value for money. Results are reported on an index scale from 0 to 100. As a rule of thumb, scores below 60 indicate dissatisfaction, scores between 60–75 indicate satisfaction, and scores above 75 indicate very satisfied customers.

EPSI Rating is an academic, Nordic organization that operates independently and is non-profit. It was founded in 1989 as part of an EU research project at the Stockholm School of Economics and is owned by the Swedish Institute of Quality, which in turn is owned by the Swedish government.

Smartphone use is declining among small children – but limiting the use is not enough20.5.2026 09:15:00 EEST | Press release

DNA is consistently developing children’s digital safety skills together with its partner Protect Children Association, which has been organizing digital safety workshops for young schoolchildren for several years. This spring, the company also distributed digital skills exercise booklets to more than 230,000 Finnish homes. Although children are starting to use smartphones later than before, they still face major risks online – which makes digital safety skills more important than ever. The topic is particularly relevant right now, as school summer holidays begin before many parents start their own vacations. In June, many children spend long periods at home and online without adult supervision, which increases the risk of encountering harmful content or inappropriate contact.

Electronics often overlooked in spring cleaning – old devices should not be left at the back of a drawer19.5.2026 13:00:00 EEST | Press release

During spring cleaning, old phones, tablets and cables often end up back at the bottom of drawers in many homes, as people are unsure what to do with them or are unfamiliar with proper recycling methods. According to Jesse Kieksi, Head of Device Sales at DNA, this is a harmful habit that can lead to data security and safety risks, as well as unnecessary financial loss and environmental harm.
