Kempower expands US footprint with new PowerUp sites across the Southeast

Kempower, a leading global manufacturer of DC fast-charging solutions, has been awarded multiple new sites through its partnership with PowerUp America, further accelerating the company’s growth in North America. The new public EV charging site installations, located across the Southeast, underscore Kempower’s continued leadership in supporting America’s transition to clean transportation under the National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (NEVI) Formula Program and other programs.

Kempower received the new PowerUp orders in the third quarter, which are reflected in the company’s order intake detailed in its Q3 2025 Interim Report published today.

As part of NEVI, the awarded sites – five in Tennessee, two in Virginia, and one under development in Kentucky – require compliance with Build America, Buy America (BABA) provisions.

Kempower’s investment in U.S. operations was driven in part by its commitment to these standards, ensuring that its products and processes directly contribute to domestic job creation and local economic growth.
