BOS Power Group strengthens its Nordic footprint through the acquisition of Finnish company Gen Tech Oy

BOS Power Group has acquired the Finnish company Gen Tech Oy, which specializes in the service of backup power systems across Finland.
In an era marked by heightened uncertainty and complex global dynamics, ensuring uninterrupted power for critical infrastructure is no longer optional. The BOS Power Group has responded by establishing itself as leading provider of backup power solutions for critical infrastructure across the Nordics. The acquisition of Gen Tech strengthens the Group’s presence in Finland and ensures a strong local presence in all Nordic markets. It follows acquisitions in Norway (Eanor AS in 2022), Sweden (Eptech Solutions AB in 2023, Elektromatik Power Generation AB in 2020, Swedmotor AB in 2019), and Denmark (Holm Technoscan A/S in 2020).
