Solidium introduces a new leadership team

Two new leadership team roles are introduced: Chief Investment Officer (CIO), who will be responsible for the development and day-to-day execution of Solidium’s investment activities, and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), who will be in charge of the company’s financial matters, including performance reporting, portfolio analysis, and treasury activities.

Starting from 1 December 2025, the leadership team in Solidium comprises CEO Matts Rosenberg, CFO Petter Söderström, and General Counsel Ulla Palmunen. A recruitment process for the CIO role, which is also part of the leadership team, has been initiated. Matts Rosenberg acts, in addition to his CEO role, as Acting CIO until a new person takes on the role.
