Eden Living invests in a residential project in Niittykumpu, Espoo

Eden Living invests in a build-to-rent residential development project in Niittykumpu district of Espoo, Finland. 

The development project will feature 48 premium rental apartments. The residential building will be situated adjacent to the tranquil Tontunmäki neighbourhood, an area characterised by predominantly detached homes. The shopping centre Niitty and Niittykumpu Metro station are approx. 600 metres away, providing convenient access to local services and public transport.

The apartments range from studios to family homes. Most of the apartments feature either a glazed balcony or a private terrace. Each apartment is also equipped with a cooling system to ensure optimal comfort. In addition, the property will feature communal spaces, including a ground-floor sauna with an adjoining terrace.

The EPC A-rated, energy-efficient building will be EU Taxonomy aligned and it will be heated using geothermal energy. The BREEAM In-Use environmental certification will be pursued for the property.

Construction work starts immediately, and the property will be constructed by Hartela Oy.
