BOS Power Group Expands Finnish Presence with Acquisition of PCBI Oy

The BOS Power Group has acquired the Finnish company PCBI Oy, a specialist provider of backup power and cooling solutions for data centers and other critical infrastructure across Finland.

The transaction comes on the heels of BOS Power’s acquisition of Gen Tech Oy and cements the group’s position as a trusted supplier of solutions for critical infrastructure in Finland and beyond. The BOS Power Group has now grown to more than 250 employees working in 13 locations across the Nordics.
