Administer Oyj acquires Administer Oy Jämsä to its sole ownership

Administer Oyj and OP Koti Jämsä Oy LKV have agreed about acquisition, whereby Administer Oyj purchases 15% minority shareholding of Administer Oy Jämsä. After the transaction Administer Oyj owns all shares in Administer Oy Jämsä, and the business will continue unchanged.
