Souissi emphasises that architecture can respond to societal tensions and support meaningful encounters. “Architecture loses its meaning when people’s needs are overshadowed. Design becomes driven by the illusion of egoless freedom or by the repetition of familiar solutions without genuinely analysing new trends or critical insights,” Souissi says.

Balancing these pressures is a societal challenge, as cultures and communities continuously adapt to emerging phenomena.
