Gofore’s 2025 Financial Statements Release and webcast
Gofore Plc will publish its 2025 Financial Statements Release on Wednesday, 25 February 2026 at approximately 9.00 a.m EET. CEO Mikael Nylund will present the results in a live webcast on the same day at 1.00 p.m EET.
The webcast will also feature Gofore’s new CFO Saara Ukkonen, Gofore’s Director of Management Consulting Tommi Rasinmäki, and Osmo Haapaniemi, CEO of Gofore’s new AI consulting associate company Valimo. Rasinmäki and Haapaniemi will also be available for the Q&A section of the webcast, answering AI-themed questions.
Gofore welcomes representatives of the stock market and media to follow the webcast. The event will be held in English and can be watched live or afterwards as a recording at https://gofore.events.inderes.com/q4-2025.
Participants may submit questions during the webcast, which will be answered at the end. Registration for the event is not required. Presentations and the webcast recording will be available after the event on Gofore’s IR pages.

Gofore DACH has won a framework agreement tender with the Information Technology Center of the Federal Government, called the ITZBund. The agreement term is four years and based on the tendered working day amounts, its value based on Gofore’s estimate may be several million, up to five million euros per annum. The customer has no purchase volume obligations. The appeal period for this procurement has ended.
