Eden Living invests in a residential development project in Oulunkylä, Helsinki

Eden Living invests in a build-to-rent residential development project in Oulunkylä district of Helsinki, Finland. The property, compromising of 70 apartments, is centrally located within proximity to the commuter train and comprehensive local services. The Oulunkylä area offers a wide range of transport links and a short commute to Helsinki’s central business district.

Especially convenient for working professionals and students, the property’s high-quality apartments are designed for effortless living. All apartments are equipped with supply air cooling, and residents have access to a shared laundry room and a top-floor sauna. There are also 28 parking spaces on the property, with charging infrastructure readiness for electric vehicles.
