Technical problems resolved: Kela’s services back to normal

The technical problems in Kela’s services that began on Thursday, 23 April, have now been resolved. Our services are back to operating normally. You may have to wait longer than usual if you call Kela’s customer service due to a temporary increase in the number of callers. The disruption did not affect the payment of benefits to customers.
We have resolved the technical problems that began affecting Kela’s services in the early hours of Thursday, 23 April.
Kela’s website kela.fi is now operating normally. The problems in the OmaKela e-service and our phone customer service have also been resolved. However, you may have to wait longer in queue if you call us because we are getting more calls than usual due to yesterday’s downtime.
The disruption did not affect the payment of benefits to customers.
