St1 Nordic Oy has submitted an application to shorten its name to St1 Oy (in Swedish St1 Ab and in English St1 Corporation) as part of its efforts to clarify and harmonise the naming structure of St1 Group companies.
The change is subject to approval by the Finnish Patent and Registration Office (PRH).
The company’s Business ID will remain unchanged, and the name change will have no impact on the company’s operations, the position of its employees, or its contracts.
