The Digital and Population Data Services Agency’s Helsinki service location is moving to Pasila on 1 June 2026

The Helsinki service location of the Digital and Population Data Services Agency (DVV) is moving to new premises at the Pasila office centre. The current service location at Lintulahdenkuja 2 D will be closed for customers on Friday 29 May 2026 at 12 noon.

The Digital and Population Data Services Agency’s customer service will open at the new premises on 1 June 2026 at 9:00. The new address for customer services is Ratapihantie 7, 00520 Helsinki (Pasila office centre). The premises are located in the Suomi-piste service point in Helsinki. At the Suomi-piste service points, customers can access multiple official services in one place. 

Marriage services will also be moving to new premises. Marriage services will open in Pasila on 2 June 2026 at 9:00, and the services are available by appointment. The visiting address of the marriage ceremony venue is Opastinsilta 12 A, 00520 Helsinki (Pasila office centre).

The procedure is used in situations where an adult applies for a new surname that has been used by their parent, grandmother or grandfather, and their information is included in the Population Information System.
