Invitation to Scanfil’s 2026 Capital Markets Day in Italy

Scanfil invites investors, analysts and media to a Capital Markets Day in Scanfil’s newly acquired plant in Cortona, Italy.
The two-day event will take place onsite at the MB Elettronica plant. It will start on Tuesday, 29 September 2026 at 2:30 p.m CEST and end on Wednesday, 30 September 2026 at 2:30 p.m CEST.
At the event, Scanfil’s management will focus on the company’s strategy, market opportunities in the USA and Central Europe, and the differentiators of the MB Elettronica. The program includes a site tour.
The event will be held in English with Q&A after each presentation. Presentation materials will be available on Scanfil’s website after the event.

Scanfil rekisteröitiin kaupparekisteriin 4. kesäkuuta 1976, kun Jorma J. Takanen aloitti yritystoiminnan veljensä autotallissa Sievissä, Pohjois-Pohjanmaalla. Scanfil was registered with the Finnish Trade Register on 4 June 1976 when Jorma J. Takanen started operations in his brother's garage in Sievi, Finland. The name of the company refers to its first products, filters, but the business soon found a new direction in mechanics and electronics. The 1990s were a time of strong growth for Scanfil. Turnover increased from EUR 5 million to EUR 220 million. The company was listed on the Helsinki Stock Exchange in 2002 and became international by expanding its operations to Hungary, China and Estonia.
