Administer strengthens its accounting business in several locations in Finland through five acquisitions

Administer has agreed on five new acquisitions to strengthen the regional operations of the Group’s accounting services throughout Finland.

Administer acquires Tarvissio Oy in Mikkeli, MM Yrityspalvelut Oy in Kouvola and Tilipalvelu Pirhonen in Joensuu. Tilitoimisto AKA Oy, based in Himanka, is a new location in the Kalajoki economic area. The acquisition of Oy PR-Hallinto Ab strengthens operations in Kouvola as well, and it also includes property management business.

The total revenue of the acquired businesses is approximately one million euros.

In line with its strategy, Administer invests in a good customer experience and aims to serve customers as closely as possible, employ in all of Finland and expand nationwide. Administer continues to implement its growth strategy through these acquisitions.

Tilipalvelu Pirhonen operates in the Joensuu economic area. The company offers diverse accounting services especially for micro and small businesses.

Tilitoimisto AKA Oy operates in Himanka and serves the Kalajoki economic area in particular. The company was founded in 2010.

Oy PR-Hallinto Ab, based in Kouvola, was founded in 1993. The company offers both accounting and property management services in the Kouvola economic area.
