Administer expands its business in Sweden

Silta Oy, part of the Administer Group, has agreed on an acquisition whereby it acquires a majority stake in the Swedish Passion for Payroll Stockholm AB’s share capital. The company specialises in payroll management services and has a turnover of approximately EUR 2 million. It has approximately 20 employees and its customers include both SMEs and large companies. At this stage, Silta acquires 80% of the share capital of Passion for Payroll. The acquisition will be paid mainly in cash and partly in Administer shares.

This new acquisition supports the Group’s growth strategy and strengthens its operations, particularly in the Swedish market. Administer has a subsidiary offering accounting services in Stockholm, and Silta already has a subsidiary in Tallinn, Estonia. The new subsidiary in Stockholm strengthens the Nordic operations of Silta and the entire Group. The acquisition supports the Group’s goal of serving customers more comprehensively across national borders.

In the Administer Group, payroll management services are a significant cornerstone of the business alongside financial services. Administer is the largest payroll services group in Finland.

The transaction is planned to be completed 1 June 2026, from which point the business will be reported as part of Administer figures.
