Yonoton Signs Multi-Year Digital Partnership with Nordic Bites Group

Under the agreement, Yonoton will serve as the exclusive digital partner for Nordic Bites Group, delivering its omnichannel platform to more than 350 Subway restaurants in the Nordic region. The partnership represents a significant step in Nordic Bites Group’s digital transformation strategy, focused on enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency at scale.

Yonoton’s cloud-based platform will power digital sales and operations across all customer touchpoints, including mobile ordering, self-service kiosks, point-of-sale systems, and kitchen management solutions. The platform enables centralized control of menus, campaigns, and customer data, ensuring a consistent and personalized customer experience across channels.

The rollout began H2/25 with a pilot phase in Denmark’s all Subway restaurants, followed now by phased full deployment across Sweden, Norway, and Finland.

Digital transformation across the Nordic markets

Nordic Bites Group Oy (NBG) is the master franchise partner for Subway in Finland, Sweden, Norway, and Denmark. Under its master franchise agreement, NBG holds exclusive rights to manage and develop more than 350 Subway restaurants across the Nordics. In addition, NBG’s subsidiaries — Subcom Oy, Subcom Sweden AB, and Subcom Denmark ApS — own and operate more than 100 Subway restaurants across Finland, Sweden, and Denmark.
