The properties are located in prime locations in Helsinki, Espoo and Vantaa and have strong occupancy rates.

“Through this transaction, we are preparing for the pension reform that will enter into force in July. The transaction releases capital that we can allocate to other investments,” says Heikki Palmu, Real Estate Investment Director at Veritas.

According to Palmu, Veritas will continue to be an active real estate investor, with residential investments remaining an important part of its portfolio.

“The transaction demonstrates that Finland continues to attract international capital, reflecting confidence in the stability of the market and its long-term viability. We thank Slättö for a smooth process.”

Nordanö acted as advisor to Veritas.
