Cervi strengthens its position in South Ostrobothnia and Ostrobothnia – Avento joins its nationwide indoor conditions technology network
29.6.2026 12:02:00 EEST | Cervi | Press release
Seinäjoki-based Avento Oy has joined Cervi’s nationwide indoor conditions technology network. The acquisition strengthens Cervi’s service capabilities in both South Ostrobothnia and Ostrobothnia, and adds new local offices in Seinäjoki and Vaasa to the Group.

Founded in 1985, Avento Oy is particularly known for its expertise in indoor air and ventilation services. The company provides ventilation system cleaning, maintenance, measurement and adjustment services, as well as energy renovations and fan upgrades for companies, housing companies and public-sector organisations. Avento Oy employs approximately 16 professionals in the field.
Avento is known for its long-standing customer relationships, agile way of working and determined investment in employee competence, clear operating models and high-quality customer work. Although the company is strongly rooted in South Ostrobothnia, it also has long experience in nationwide projects and cooperation networks.
The acquisition supports Cervi’s strategy of building a service network where local expertise is combined with nationwide service capability.
Avento and Cervi share many similarities in their development. Both companies have built their operations on expertise in ventilation and indoor conditions, and over the years Cervi has expanded its services to also cover refrigeration technology, cooling, energy solutions and insulation services. Shared values and a similar way of working made Avento a natural partner for Cervi.
“Avento has built a strong reputation through long-standing customer relationships, investment in skilled personnel and high service quality. Local top experts such as Avento form the foundation of Cervi’s nationwide network. At the same time, the Seinäjoki and Vaasa offices strengthen our service capabilities in South Ostrobothnia and Ostrobothnia,” says Jarno Hacklin, CEO of Cervi.
The acquisition expands Cervi’s regional presence and strengthens the company’s ability to serve customers more comprehensively.
“We want to grow regionally together with local experts. Avento knows the region’s customers, operating environment and needs extremely well. At the same time, Cervi’s nationwide network and broader service offering create new opportunities for both customers and personnel.”
Tuomas Hautaluoma, CEO of Avento Oy, sees significant opportunities for the company’s future in the cooperation.
“Joining Cervi gives us the opportunity to develop our operations for the long term and offer our customers an even broader range of services, supported by a nationwide network. It is important to us that our local way of working, customer focus and high service quality are preserved in the future. At the same time, our personnel will gain new opportunities, for example to develop their competence as part of a growing group,” Hautaluoma says.
Following the acquisition, Avento Oy will continue its operations with its familiar personnel as part of the Cervi Group.
