MW Dining to open upscale restaurant Iki at Sponda’s Signe development in central Helsinki

Restaurant Iki will be located on the second floor of Signe, occupying approximately 360 square metres and serving both the building's tenants and visitors to central Helsinki.

According to Lukkarinen, Iki will provide high-quality restaurant services to Signe’s tenants as well as to everyone visiting the city centre. The restaurant’s concept combines the culinary traditions of Japan, Korea, Taiwan, and Canton with Nordic ingredients and cooking techniques. The focus is on outstanding food, seasonality, and an approachable yet elevated dining experience.

Signe is a rare new-build development in the heart of Helsinki. Scheduled for completion in late 2026, the property will deliver approximately 17,000 square metres of new, high-quality and flexible office and retail space in a prime location with strong customer flows.
