Johanna knows our strategy well, and she has a lot of experience in involving people and developing operations in the long term. Our operating environment and the needs of our clients are constantly changing, and the development of technology also creates new kinds of requirements for our expertise. That is why it is important that we understand what kind of skills we will need in the future, and that we develop the competence of our personnel as well as our organisation and leadership systematically. At the same time, we must ensure that our wide-ranging HR services remain smooth and continue to develop. Johanna has an excellent background in leading this entity," says Thomas Hietto, CEO of Sweco Finland.

"The best ideas and solutions are created when people feel well, find their work meaningful and are able to make full use of their skills.
