Kuntalaskenta, part of the Administer Group, expands with acquisition of Tilikunta

Kuntalaskenta Oy, part of the Administer Group, has signed a letter of intent for the acquisition of Tilikunta Oy, a municipality-owned company operating in Southwest Finland. The company specialises in financial and payroll management services for the public sector and has a turnover of approximately EUR 3 million and approximately 30 employees.

This new acquisition supports the Group’s growth strategy and strengthens its operations in the public sector. Earlier this year, Administer acquired Sarastia Oy, a provider of financial, payroll and software services for the public administration.

– For Kuntalaskenta, the acquisition is a significant step towards growth. Our customers include dozens of municipalities as well as municipally owned communities and companies across Finland. The customers of Tilikunta complement our national coverage, says Leila Aalto, CEO of Kuntalaskenta Oy.

The acquisition is expected to be confirmed by the end of 2026.
