DNA received the highest score in the mobile industry from business customers in EPSI Rating’s 2026 Sustainability Index. The study also shows that DNA has maintained strong customer satisfaction despite an overall decline in the corporate market. DNA achieved best ratings in comparison for customer expectations, service quality, and value for money.

DNA achieved a score of 70.4 points in the 2026 Sustainability Index among business customers, clearly exceeding the industry average of 66.1 points. The Sustainability Index measures customers’ perceptions of companies’ environmental responsibility, social responsibility, and economic sustainability.
"A sustainable and reliable telecommunications infrastructure is the foundation of a well-functioning society. We have invested heavily in customer experience, and it is rewarding to see that our long-term work in sustainability, operational reliability, and meeting our customers’ needs is reflected in the assessments of our business customers," says Anna-Mari Ylihurula, Senior Vice President, Corporate Business at DNA.
According to EPSI Rating, customers associate sustainability in the telecommunications industry not only with environmental initiatives but also with operational reliability and the maintenance of society’s critical infrastructure.

Heidi Havastila, Director responsible for value-added services in DNA’s Consumer Business, explains how people can reduce the potential impact of a data leak in advance and what to do if they suspect their information has been compromised.
