19.10.2026 07:00:00 EEST | DNA Oyj | Press release
The results of the EPSI Rating 2026* study show that DNA received the highest overall score in the comparison for customer satisfaction with business broadband services, with satisfaction also improving year on year. DNA's business broadband customers are also the most loyal in the industry. DNA has now had the most satisfied and loyal business broadband customers in the comparison for three consecutive years.

DNA ranks first in the business customer segment of the latest EPSI Rating 2026 broadband study. Customer satisfaction among business customers stands at 74.9 index points, which is 0.8 points higher than in the previous year. The industry average is 74.4 index points. DNA's business broadband customers are also the most loyal in the industry. DNA's customer loyalty score is 75.0 index points, compared with the industry average of 74.4.
”In Finland, people have become accustomed to fast, reliable connections that work well. This means that customer satisfaction increasingly depends on listening to customers’ needs and building long-term partnerships. Our top ranking in customer satisfaction and strong customer loyalty show that we have succeeded in both. We are extremely grateful for our customers’ trust, and we will continue our determined work to develop the customer experience,” says Ville Laakso, Vice President of Network Solutions at DNA.
Customer service is a clear strength for DNA
In the study, DNA received strong ratings for interactions that are important to business customers. DNA's customer contact person received a score of 83.2 (industry average 81.1), while the assistance received during the most recent contact scored 79.2 (industry average 76.2).
”For business customers, good service means having a clear and effective point of contact, smooth interactions and access to help when it is needed. The particularly strong ratings for our contact persons and the assistance provided demonstrate our success in interactions that matter to businesses. Our leading position shows that we have performed extremely well, but we will also continue to develop our operations across all areas,” Laakso continues.
About the EPSI Rating study
The independent EPSI Rating organisation interviewed 1,185 broadband customers in Finland in September 2026. Approximately half of the respondents were business customers. The margins of error for customer satisfaction are +/- 2.0-2.5 index points. The study examined how satisfied Finns are with their primary broadband operator in the following areas: image, expectations, product quality, service quality and value for money. The results are reported on an index scale of 0-100. As a rule of thumb, scores below 60 indicate dissatisfied customers, scores of 60-75 indicate satisfied customers and scores above 75 indicate very satisfied customers.
EPSI Rating is an independent, non-profit Nordic academic organisation. EPSI Rating was established in 1989 as an EU research project at the Stockholm School of Economics. It is owned by the Swedish Institute for Quality, which in turn is owned by the Swedish state.
