Mikko Innanen, a veteran of change management, appointed CEO of Wulff Ekonomi Oy

As financial administration becomes increasingly digitalized and artificial intelligence handles more and more routine tasks, the value experienced by customers is created even more than before by people: through reliable advice, personal service, and smooth processes. The appointment of the new CEO responds excellently to the changes in the market and the AI disruption, as well as to achieving Wulff's ambitious growth targets.

Sociologist and Doctor of Philosophy Mikko Innanen has worked in management positions in the fields of healthcare, staffing services, communications, and consulting. He has served, among other roles, as CEO of Perfecto Oy, part of the Salomaa Group, leading its consulting business, as Development Director at Suomen Terveystalo Oy, and as Development and HR Director at Eezy Oyj. As a consultant and coach, Innanen has helped dozens of organizations with strategy work, developing management structures, and navigating change situations.

Wulff's accounting firm business has grown rapidly, mainly through acquisitions, and the Wulff Ekonomi companies now employ more than a hundred financial administration professionals serving nearly 4,500 customers. The driving force behind this growth lies in locally and independently operating accounting firms. Innanen will strengthen this force by coaching local managers to lead people to their very best.
