DNA customers will be able to pay for device purchases interest-free and without fees through Klarna

Under the new DNA Koroton concept, customers will apply for credit from digital bank and payments provider Klarna. From the customer’s perspective, the key benefits will remain unchanged, as device purchases can still be paid for in instalments without interest or other credit-related costs. DNA will cover the interest and fees on behalf of the customer.

“Smartphones, tablets and other devices that are important in everyday life can be significant purchases for many people. We want to continue offering our customers a flexible way to purchase the devices they need without interest or fees,” says Mikko Valtonen, Vice President of DNA’s mobile business.

With the new solution, Klarna will be responsible for providing credit, invoicing, and customer service related to the credit. DNA will continue to be responsible for device sales, deliveries, and warranties, and will cover the interest and fees associated with the credit on behalf of the customer.

The new DNA Koroton concept will be introduced in November 2026.
