Administer continues to expand, strengthening its operations in Central Finland with the acquisition of Sydän-Suomen Taloushallinta Oy, based in Pihtipudas

Sydän-Suomen Taloushallinta Oy, based in Pihtipudas, becomes part of the Administer Group in an acquisition completed on 1 April 2022. The transaction strengthens Administer’s operations and service offering in Central Finland with new offices in Pihtipudas and Kinnula.

The transaction increases Administer’s regional accounting and payroll services offering. The company invests heavily in local operations to ensure that the services clients need remain close by. After the acquisition, Administer Group has 600+ financial management professionals serving clients in 25 locations around Finland, as well as in Stockholm and Tallinn. Administer helps its clients focus on business growth and productivity by digitalising and outsourcing financial management. The company aims to serve clients as locally as possible, employ people in Finland and expand throughout the country.
