Administer Plc expands to South-Eastern Finland by acquiring the business operations of Ruukintili Oy

Administer Plc is continuing its national expansion by acquiring the business operations of Ruukintili Oy, operating in the Kouvola region. The acquisition marks Administer’s first foray into South-Eastern Finland, where the company will now have an office.

Administer aims to serve customers as locally as possible, employ people in Finland and expand throughout the country and abroad. With this new acquisition, Administer continues to implement its growth strategy. A total of nine acquisitions were carried out during 2022. 

“We are continuing Administer’s growth story. I still consider regional expansion to be important as it allows us to make use of local operations and skills. The Kouvola region is a significant economic area, offering us plenty of growth potential,” says Peter Aho, CEO of Administer Group.
