BOS Power acquires Norwegian Eanor to expand emergency power competences and capacity

Eanor provides emergency power, UPS, and battery system solutions to customers in the whole of Norway and as a complete systems provider they offer advisory, design, project management, installation, service, and support.

There is great potential for both BOS Power and Eanor in jointly offering the solutions to these challenges, says Ove Johan Solem, CEO BOS Power.

-The acquisition of Eanor supports our overall strategy to become an even stronger player in in Norway as well as in the Nordic market for securing critical infrastructure as a system and service provider through acquisitions and organic growth. Eanor brings a very high level of competence and experience to our existing organization and enables us to offer our customers improved 24/7 call out service with short response time to secure constant operations of their critical infrastructure.

The acquisition is the second of its kind in 2022. In May BOS Power acquired Servogear, a provider of propulsion solutions for high-speed maritime vessels, based in Western Norway. In 2020, Elektromatik, a Swedish provider of emergency power solutions and services, and Holm Technoscan, a service provider to the Danish marine industry also joined BOS Power.
