DNA achieved ISO 14001 certification for its work on environmental management. ISO 14001 is the international standard that specifies requirements for an effective environmental management system. Achieving compliance with the standard demonstrates DNA’s commitment to environmental responsibility.

‘DNA has always worked systematically to mitigate the environmental impact of its business, and now independent assessment confirms our operations. ISO certificate guarantees to our customers that we run a sustainable, state-of-the-art business and that our management systems and processes are of an internationally recognised standard’, explains DNA’s Sustainability Manager Tuuli Nummelin.

The environmental management system is based on DNA's climate work

For more than 10 years, DNA has been doing climate work in accordance with the GHG protocol. DNA has managed to reduce its emissions in Scope 2, the largest category of its own operations, by more than 50 percent since 2015.

DNA is involved in the Science Based Targets initiative. At group level, the target is a genuine, i.e. emission-free Scope 1 and 2 in the Nordic countries by 2030, and that at least two-thirds of DNA's suppliers would be covered by the SBT targets by 2025.

The environmental management in accordance with the ISO 14001 standard started at DNA in 2022.

Kesälomalta paluu lisää yritysten tietoturvariskiä - huijarit hyödyntävät nyt useita viestintäkanavia11.8.2026 13:00:00 EEST | Tiedote

Tietojenkalastelut eivät tule työelämässä enää pelkästään sähköpostiin. DNA:n asiantuntijan mukaan verkkorikolliset hyödyntävät nykyisin useita kanavia rinnakkain, kuten Teamsin kaltaisia viestintäratkaisuja sekä pikaviestisovelluksia. Riski huijauksille korostuu erityisesti elokuussa, kun työntekijät palaavat kesälomilta kiireisen arjen ja täysien postilaatikoiden pariin.

Returning from summer holidays increases cybersecurity risks for businesses - Scammers now exploit multiple communication channels11.8.2026 13:00:00 EEST | Press release

Phishing attacks in the workplace are no longer limited to email. According to a DNA expert, cybercriminals today increasingly exploit multiple channels simultaneously, including collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams and various instant messaging applications. The risk of scams is particularly heightened in August, when employees return from summer holidays to busy workloads and overflowing inboxes.

DNA Oyj:n huhti–kesäkuun 2026 liiketoimintakatsaus: Tasainen kehitys jatkui kireässä markkinatilanteessa16.7.2026 08:30:00 EEST | Tiedote

Kireään kilpailutilanteeseen nähden kuluvan vuoden toinen neljännes oli DNA:lle taloudellisesti varsin hyvä. Huhti–kesäkuussa liikevaihto pysyi liki samalla tasolla vuodentakaiseen ajanjaksoon verrattuna.

DNA Plc’s Business Review for April–June 2026: Steady development continued in a highly competitive market environment16.7.2026 08:30:00 EEST | Press release

Considering the intense competitive landscape, the second quarter of the current year was financially quite strong for DNA. During April–June, revenue remained nearly at the same level as in the corresponding period last year. EBITDA increased, particularly when taking into account the transfer of DNA’s IoT business to another Telenor Group company at the beginning of the year. The number of fixed broadband and mobile network subscriptions increased, while their average revenue per user declined slightly.
