Euroopan noustessa terveysalan digitaalisten ratkaisujen kiinnostavimmaksi alueeksi HIMSS kokoaa yhteen terveydenhuoltoalan edustajia

HIMSS (Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society) kokoaa yhteen terveydenhuolto- ja IT-alan johtavia tahoja, joilla on ainutlaatuinen tilaisuus edistää Euroopan terveysalan järjestelmien digitaalista muutosta.
COVID-19-pandemian aiheuttamat monet haasteet — mukaan lukien terveydenhuollon modernisointiin investoidut miljardit eurot, kansalliset säännösaloitteet ja ehdotettu EU-lainsäädäntö Eurooppalainen terveysdata-avaruuden luomiseksi — tekevät alueesta yhden terveysalan digitaalisten ratkaisujen houkuttelevimmista ja dynaamisimmista markkina-alueista maailmassa.

EU investoi 673 miljardia euroa osana Elpymis- ja palautumistukivälinettä, josta on varattu miljardeja terveysalan digitaaliseen muutokseen.
Euroopan HIMSS22-konferensissa terveydenhuollon johtavat tahot pyrkivät tekemään yhteistyötä toteuttaakseen Eurooppalaisen terveysdata-avaruuden. Ehdotettu lainsäädäntö on tärkeä askel kohti terveysalan digitaalisten ratkaisujen asemaa terveydenhuoltojärjestelmien keskipisteessä Euroopan laajuisesti, ja lukuisat HIMSS22 Euroopan aloitteet pyrkivät toteuttamaan Eurooppalaisen terveysdata-avaruuden.
