Invitation to Kempower Investor Meeting on April 13th, 2022

Kempower Oyj will arrange an Investor Meeting after the Annual General Meeting on April 13, 2022. At the event, the management of the company will give an overview of the business.
Kempower management would also welcome and be available to answer related questions. Questions can be raised during the Investor Meeting or posed prior the Investor Meeting by email to investors@kempower.com.
The Investor Meeting will be held in English, questions can be asked in either English or Finnish. The Investor Meeting will not be part of the Annual General Meeting. Thus, questions referred to in Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Finnish Companies Act need to be asked in advance of the Annual General Meeting as described in the notice of the Kempower AGM 2022.
Please choose whether you would like to participate physically or online. Physical event will be held in Miltton House, Helsinki (Sörnäisten rantatie 15, 00530 Helsinki).
In order to participate in the Investor Meeting physically, the participation needs to be registered by April 8th, 2022 through THIS LINK.
The program, the webcast link and the presentation materials will be made available on the company’s website https://investors.kempower.com/
The company reserves the right to limit the number of persons participating in the physical Investor Meeting if the coronavirus situation and the health and safety of the participants so requires.
