Invitation to Kempower Investor Meeting on April 13th, 2022

Kempower Oyj will arrange an Investor Meeting after the Annual General Meeting on April 13, 2022. At the event, the management of the company will give an overview of the business.
Kempower management would also welcome and be available to answer related questions. Questions can be raised during the Investor Meeting or posed prior the Investor Meeting by email to investors@kempower.com.
The Investor Meeting will be held in English, questions can be asked in either English or Finnish. The Investor Meeting will not be part of the Annual General Meeting. Thus, questions referred to in Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Finnish Companies Act need to be asked in advance of the Annual General Meeting as described in the notice of the Kempower AGM 2022.
Please choose whether you would like to participate physically or online. Physical event will be held in Miltton House, Helsinki (Sörnäisten rantatie 15, 00530 Helsinki).
In order to participate in the Investor Meeting physically, the participation needs to be registered by April 8th, 2022 through THIS LINK.
The program, the webcast link and the presentation materials will be made available on the company’s website https://investors.kempower.com/
The company reserves the right to limit the number of persons participating in the physical Investor Meeting if the coronavirus situation and the health and safety of the participants so requires.

Kempower toimi teollisuuden automaatio- ja sähköratkaisujen toimittaja Winn-Marionin johtamassa hankkeessa laitteistotoimittajana ja teknologiakumppanina. Koulupiiri hankki äskettäin 25 uutta Blue Bird Vision -sähköbussia kasvattaen sähköbussikalustonsa 28:aan, mikä on piirin mukaan Coloradon suurin. The first Swedish delivery of the new Kempower Mega Satellite Flex charging solution will take place at Dagab’s depot in Bålsta in August, with commissioning scheduled for the autumn. Dagab is responsible for the Axfood Group’s supply chain and manages the entire logistics chain from warehousing to transport. The solution is being supplied, commissioned and monitored by Erinion, Kempower’s end-to-end partner for charging infrastructure for heavy-duty fleets and part of the Scania Group. Dagab currently has nearly 40 electric trucks in operation, 13 of which are based at the logistics centre in Bålsta. Den första svenska leveransen av den nya laddlösningen Kempower Mega Satellite Flex sker till Dagabs depå i Bålsta i augusti och driftsätts under hösten. Dagab ansvarar för Axfoodkoncernens varuförsörjning och driver hela logistikkedjan, från lagerverksamhet till transporter. Lösningen levereras, driftsätts och monitoreras av Erinion, Kempowers end-to-end-partner för laddinfrastruktur till tunga flottor och en del av Scania-koncernen. Dagab vastaa Axfood-konsernin tavarantoimitusten koko logistiikkaketjusta varastotoiminnoista kuljetuksiin. Latausratkaisun toimituksesta ja käyttöönotosta vastaa Erinion, joka toimii Kempowerin partnerina raskaan ajoneuvokaluston latausinfrastruktuurihankkeissa. Erinion on osa Scania-konsernia.
