The Lumerin token sale KYC & Registration will start Tuesday, November 16, at Noon PST, and the token sale will start on December 1, 2021.
"Titan is donating significant development effort and time to the Lumerin open source project and is actively looking for strategic partners to further develop this technology. As a result of this announcement, we can now move forward with our vision to create a global marketplace for hashpower for Bitcoin and proof-of-work mining pools. This will help to relieve the current market pressures and allow anyone to truly harness the power of crypto," said Ryan Condron, CEO of Titan.
The Lumerin Token will be an integral part of the Titan hashpower marketplace and its functionality and utility will support the efficient creation of both hashpower smart contracts as well as support the Lumerin Validator nodes in creating a secure, decentralized, and trustless environment.
Companies and individuals who need hashpower, but do not want to invest the funds required for crypto mining IT infrastructure, can buy/sell it on the Titan marketplace. In addition, using financial derivatives/futures and services for lending, custody, OTC, and trading, the mining ecosystem can create more income and investment growth than ever before.
Titan provides powerful software and services for crypto mining at scale and now offers the first enterprise-grade mining pool. The Lumerin Protocol is a peer-to-peer solution that makes Bitcoin hashpower a tradable, liquid financial asset, unlocking mining profitability and providing greater access to capital. Titan was founded in September 2018 by Ryan Condron, Jeff Garzik, and Matthew Roszak. For more information, please visit Titan.io and Lumerin.io and follow us on Twitter at @Titan_Mining.

NielsenIQ Rises to the Omnichannel Measurement Challenge8.12.2021 15:01:00 EET | Press release
The shopper journey continually evolves as consumers have more control over what they do, see, and hear. That means the tools used to measure and analyze sales, market share and consumer behavior must also change. In an environment that continues to experience seismic shifts, measuring when, where and how consumers are buying is imperative. This allows fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) manufacturers and retailers to anticipate trends and react faster to consumers’ needs and expectations. Although the fastest growing channel in Western Europe and North America is online, e-commerce measurement tools are largely fragmented. Users must combine data from multiple sources to get a full picture of the market. NielsenIQ is transforming the FMCG and retail industry with its innovative solutions and precise insights, which offer an integrated, accurate, complete, and more granular view of the offline and online marketplace—making it easier to analyze trends across channels. Proposed “European AI Act” and “Machinery Product Regulation” Will Hamper Innovation, Stifle Small Businesses and Disrupt Manufacturing, Global Robotics Leaders Warn8.12.2021 15:00:00 EET | Press release
The European Commission’s proposed AI Act and updated regulations on machinery products will cause severe damage to European small businesses, robotics companies and innovation, according to four of the most influential voices in robotics and automation. Together, the International Federation of Robotics, the VDMA Robotics + Automation Association, EUnited Robotics and REInvest Robotics urgently call on European policymakers to revisit and amend the proposals. While all four organizations embrace the European Commission’s vision to maintain safety, protect human rights and create a harmonized framework for artificial intelligence and robotics, the collective sees the following primary issues with the proposed regulations as currently drafted: The mandatory third-party certification requirements will slow tech innovation across Europe. The restrictions will hinder artificial intelligence adoption and put European companies, especially SMEs and startups, at a competitive disadvantage glo

Aleph Farms and WACKER Develop Open Supply Chain Solution for Proteins Used in Large-Scale Production of Cultivated Meat8.12.2021 14:09:00 EET | Press release
Aleph Farms, the first cultivated meat company to grow steaks directly from non-genetically engineered animal cells and WACKER, a supplier of leading protein production technologies, today announced the development of streamlined production processes for essential growth medium proteins to cost-effectively grow cultivated meat. These proteins, central to promoting and supporting cell growth, are not widely available in the market today and represent one of the most prohibitive expenses in scaling up cultivated meat. The agreement between WACKER and Aleph Farms is non-exclusive, meaning any cultivated meat company will be able to obtain these same affordable proteins, without using fetal bovine serum (FBS) or animal-derived ingredients. This open supply chain solution is expected to enable the industry to scale and achieve price-parity faster, eliminating a key hurdle in the commercial viability of cultivated meat.
