Publication of Gofore's 2022 financial statements release and webcast

CEO Mikael Nylund and CFO Teppo Talvinko will present the results in a live webcast on 17 February 2023 at 1.00 p.m. EET.
Gofore welcomes stock market and media representatives to either join the event live at the Flik Studio in Ruoholahti, Itämerenkatu 2, Helsinki, or to follow the webcast. Journalists also have the chance to interview company representatives after the webcast at approximately 1.45 p.m. EET.
The webcast is held in English and can be followed at https://gofore.videosync.fi/2022-q4-results. Attendees can post questions during the webcast, to be answered at the end of the event. There is no need to RSVP for the event.
The results presentation and recording of the webcast will be available at Gofore’s investor website afterwards. The report will also be available on https://gofore.com/en/invest/releases-and-reports/.

Gofore DACH on voittanut puitesopimushankinnan Saksan liittovaltion hallituksen IT-keskuksen, ITZBundin, kanssa. Sopimuskausi on neljä vuotta, ja kilpailutetun työpäivien määrän perusteella sen arvo voi Goforen arvion mukaan olla useita miljoonia, jopa viisi miljoonaa euroa vuodessa. Asiakkaalla ei ole osto- tai tilausmäärävelvoitteita. Hankinnan valitusaika on päättynyt.

Gofore DACH has won a framework agreement tender with the Information Technology Center of the Federal Government, called the ITZBund. The agreement term is four years and based on the tendered working day amounts, its value based on Gofore’s estimate may be several million, up to five million euros per annum. The customer has no purchase volume obligations. The appeal period for this procurement has ended.
