Pyramid Analytics & PwC Germany Sign Partnership Agreement
28.2.2023 12:00:00 EET | Business Wire | Press release
Pyramid Analytics and the auditing and consulting firm PwC Germany have signed a partnership agreement for the distribution and implementation of the Pyramid Decision Intelligence Platform. PwC Germany will implement Pyramid's pioneering decision intelligence platform at companies and organizations across German-speaking countries in the financial and ESG (environmental, social and governance) sectors.
Pyramid offers a market-leading holistic data analytics platform that combines business analytics, data preparation and data science. As a full service provider, PwC Germany's Business Analytics service line provides both the functional conception and the technical implementation of customized decision support and analytical information systems. Specific application areas are corporate planning and simulation solutions as well as complex analytical reporting applications.
Enterprise-wide Decision Intelligence
The Pyramid Decision Intelligence Platform combines data preparation, business analytics and data science with AI guidance in a single integrated platform. This eliminates the need to use tools from multiple vendors, resulting in lower licensing costs and greatly simplifying enterprise-wide data management. Lower total cost of ownership (TCO), rapid adoption, fast and direct access to all available data, and industry-leading user adoption simultaneously accelerate value creation, growth, and innovation. The Pyramid Decision Intelligence Platform can be deployed on-premise, in private and public clouds, embedded, or through managed services providers (MSPs).
Thomas Hampel, Partner Business Analytics at PwC Germany, comments on the partnership: "The Pyramid Decision Intelligence Platform is an innovative and powerful BI and Analytics platform. The fact that the platform connects to a wide variety of database sources is particularly relevant. This is of great importance against the background of increasing cloud transformation and the accompanying fragmentation of our customers' technology landscapes. Another plus point of the all-in-one solution is that, in addition to a wealth of reporting formats and media, it also has sophisticated data science and analytics capabilities and offers powerful SAP BW interoperability."
"We are very excited to partner with PwC Germany," adds Bill Clayton, VP of Global Partner Sales at Pyramid Analytics. "With deep domain and process expertise coupled with the extensive implementation experience of PwC Germany's Business Analytics service line, together we are able to provide our customers with an end-to-end implementation of analytic decision support systems from a single source."

New CSC Report Illustrates How AI Is Affecting Enterprise Security Leaders16.6.2026 16:00:00 EEST | Press release
CSC, an enterprise-class domain registrar and world leader in mitigating brand, fraud, domain, and domain name system (DNS) threats, today released new research on how chief information security officers (CISOs) are adapting to an evolving artificial intelligence (AI) ecosystem while managing traditional cyber threats, such as DNS outages. According to CSC’s CISO Outlook 2026 report, 73% of respondents say AI presents more of an opportunity than a risk for cybersecurity. However, these security leaders continue to face challenges in addressing attacks, including AI-powered domain generation algorithms (DGAs), which 86% of respondents cite as a threat. To thoroughly understand the CISO perspective on today’s cybersecurity landscape, CSC surveyed 300 senior executives—including CISOs, chief technology officers (CTOs), chief information officers (CIOs), and heads of cybersecurity—in Q1 2026. Key findings from the CISO Outlook 2026 report include: Respondents ranked the top three threats i
Airship Helps DIE ZEIT Turn Silent Advocates into 4.9-Star Rating16.6.2026 16:00:00 EEST | Press release
Airship, the mobile-first customer experience company, today announced that DIE ZEIT, one of Germany’s largest and most prestigious publishers, has successfully transformed its mobile app presence, lifting the Google Play app store rating from 2.7 stars in early 2026 to a near-perfect 4.9 stars. At a time when many traditional publishers are seeing readership numbers plummet, DIE ZEIT is growing — reaching an all-time high circulation in 2025 and building a digital ecosystem around the brand. The majority of the publication’s readers are now digital, but the publication’s app store rating for DIE ZEIT didn’t match this momentum. DIE ZEIT was up against a universal challenge faced by digital product teams and customer experience executives globally: the "silent advocate" problem. While highly satisfied customers rarely pause their reading experience to leave public reviews, users facing temporary, one-off frustrations are highly motivated to voice complaints. This discrepancy often lead
