Hyvinvointialueet näkevät tekoälyn, tiedolla johtamisen sekä asiakas- ja potilastietojärjestelmien uudistamisen mahdollisuuksina lisätä toimintansa vaikuttavuutta. Goforen hallitus on vahvistunut kokeneella tietohallintojohtajalla ja teollisuuden digitalisaation ammattilaisella, kun Goforen yhtiökokous nimitti Antti Koskelinin hallituksen uudeksi varsinaiseksi jäseneksi. Gofore hakee strategiansa mukaisesti kasvua Intelligent Industry -toimialalla, jossa etenemiseen kansainvälisissä yhtiöissä pitkän uran tehnyt Koskelin tuo vahvaa näkemystä ja osaamista. CIO:na mm. Goforen yhtiökokous on nimittänyt yhtiön työntekijän Matti Saastamoisen hallituksen uudeksi varsinaiseksi jäseneksi. Saastamoinen valittiin vaaleilla ehdolle konsernin henkilöstön keskuudesta aiemmin keväällä, minkä jälkeen osakkeenomistajien nimitystoimikunta ehdotti häntä hallituksen jäseneksi yhtiökokoukselle. Goforella on ollut yksi henkilöstöedustaja hallituksessa vuodesta 2015 alkaen. Saastamoinen on viides goforelainen, joka aloittaa tehtävässä. Käytäntö on suomalaisissa pörssiyhtiöissä varsin poikkeuksellinen. Hallituksen puheenjohtaja Timur Kärjen mukaan henkilöstöedustaja lisää läpinäkyvyyttä ja luottamusta sekä lujittaa käsitystä yhteisen menestyksen rakentamisesta.
