Sponsor Capital to accelerate growth of StaffPoint

With net sales of 130 million StaffPoint Group is a leading company within private employment services and one of Finland’s largest employers. The group has two business areas, namely i) personnel and recruiting services through Staffpoint Oy and ii) training services through Spring House Oy.

Capitalizing on 14 locations in Finland, StaffPoint offers its services on a truly nationwide basis with synergistic presence in Baltics and Spain. During the past few years StaffPoint has focused on developing its service offering, and is today a full-service HR partner to its customers.

Following an agreement signed on 5 October 2017, Sponsor Capital will become the new majority owner of the StaffPoint Group. Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company and management will continue as shareholders. The transaction is subject to competition authority approval.
