Digitaalisen oppimisen ja työvoiman kehittämisen edelläkävijä Valamis on ostanut johtavan oppiskokemuksiin ja uraliikkuvuusteknologiaan erikoistuneen yrityksen The Working Managerin (TWM). Pandemian myötä alkaneen pitkän etätyöjakson jälkeen monet yritykset ovat alkaneet suunnitella paluuta toimistoille. Tämä on johtanut "suureen irtisanoutumisaaltoon", kuten NPR sitä kutsuu. LinkedInin raportin mukaan 94 % työntekijöistä pysyisi yrityksessä kauemmin, mikäli yritys investoisi työntekijöiden urakehitykseen.
