Digital Workforce Services delivers robotic process automation to Keva

Digital Workforce was selected in a public procurement procedure to deliver a robotic process automation solution for Keva (formerly Municipal Pension Insurance). As part of the solution, the robotic process automation solutions in production will be moved from the current environment used by Keva to Digital Workforce's cloud service. The service includes solution maintenance, management and support services. In addition, Digital Workforce offers professional services to Keva. The implementation of the service will start in August 2022.
Keva is Finland's largest pension insurer, which takes care of the pension issues of the municipal sector, the state, the church, Kela personnel, the Bank of Finland and the new welfare areas. Keva serves a total of 1.3 million public sector employees and pensioners.

2M-IT:n asiakkaat, Pohjanmaan ja Varsinais-Suomen hyvinvointialueet, ovat hankkineet Digital Workforcen ja Atostekin tuottaman palvelun Lifecare, Webstar ja Mediatri -järjestelmien arkistoimiseksi Kelan Kantaan. Hankkeen tavoitteena on, että järjestelmiin tallennetut tiedot arkistoidaan mahdollisimman nopeasti, jotta hyvinvointialueet pääsevät eroon poistuvien järjestelmien kustannuksista. Pohjanmaan hyvinvointialueen hankkeessa tietoja poimitaan poistuvan Lifecare-järjestelmän viidestä tietokannasta ja Varsinais-Suomen hyvinvointialueella Lifecare, Webstar ja Mediatri -järjestelmien 16 tietokannasta. Tiedot muunnetaan tarvittavaan muotoon ja siirretään sekä Kelan Kanta-arkistoon että hyvinvointialueiden omiin sähköisiin arkistoihin. 2M-IT's clients, the Wellbeing Services Counties of Ostrobothnia and Southwest Finland, have procured a service provided by Digital Workforce and Atostek to migrate their legacy data into Kela's Kanta archive. The common objective of both projects is to archive the data as quickly as possible, enabling the counties to eliminate the costs associated with their legacy systems. Ostrobothnia’s migration project involves extracting data from five databases of the decommissioned Lifecare -system, while at Southwest Finland, data is being collected from 16 databases across the decommissioned Lifecare, Webstar, and Mediatri -systems. The data is converted into the required format and transferred to both Kela’s Kanta archive and the counties’ own electronic archives. Both projects started in May and collectively cover processing data related to approximately 1,300,000 personal identity codes.
