Digital Workforce Selected as Full-Stack Automation Services Provider by Prominent Nordic Occupational Pension Insurance Company
A major Nordic occupational pension insurance company, renowned for its life and pension insurance services to over 40,000 corporate clients and 1.9 million individuals, has entered into a contract with Digital Workforce, a top provider of business process automation services. This partnership marks a significant step towards integrating full-stack automation services into the company's operations.
The initial focus will be on administrative processes designed to streamline operations and increase efficiency significantly. The adoption of digital workflows will transform the way manual processes are currently handled, leading to substantial improvements in service delivery.
As the pace of digital transformation accelerates, the client was searching for a supplier capable of taking active ownership of the developed tools and services. The selected solutions are built on a well-established platform, consistently adapted to cater to emerging needs. They are designed to be functional, manageable, competitively priced, and uphold high-security standards, complying with legal and market requirements.

The Wellbeing Services County of Central Uusimaa procured a centralized client and patient information system in 2020 to replace the various legacy systems previously used across its organization. However, the introduction of the new system did not lead to the immediate retirement of the old ones — legacy systems had to remain operational until all data stored in them had been successfully transferred to the national Kanta services or the county’s own archives. Maintaining multiple systems in parallel resulted in significant costs and additional administrative burden for the county. 2M-IT:n asiakkaat, Pohjanmaan ja Varsinais-Suomen hyvinvointialueet, ovat hankkineet Digital Workforcen ja Atostekin tuottaman palvelun Lifecare, Webstar ja Mediatri -järjestelmien arkistoimiseksi Kelan Kantaan. Hankkeen tavoitteena on, että järjestelmiin tallennetut tiedot arkistoidaan mahdollisimman nopeasti, jotta hyvinvointialueet pääsevät eroon poistuvien järjestelmien kustannuksista. Pohjanmaan hyvinvointialueen hankkeessa tietoja poimitaan poistuvan Lifecare-järjestelmän viidestä tietokannasta ja Varsinais-Suomen hyvinvointialueella Lifecare, Webstar ja Mediatri -järjestelmien 16 tietokannasta. Tiedot muunnetaan tarvittavaan muotoon ja siirretään sekä Kelan Kanta-arkistoon että hyvinvointialueiden omiin sähköisiin arkistoihin.
