Digital Workforce Services Plc, a global leader in business-process automation, today unveiled Agent Workforce, a portfolio of specialised AI agents purpose-built to manage General Insurance claims - from first notification of loss through to final settlement.
The initial launch of Agent Workforce focuses on medical insurance claims that are typically full of manual steps to infer and analyse unstructured data inputs like doctor’s notes and medical records. Subsequent evolution of the Agent Workforce aims to generalise the capability across multiple General Insurance lines.
