Hanken ranked among the top three business schools in the Nordic region
Hanken School of Economics' master's programme is ranked 60th in this year's edition of the Financial Times Masters in Management ranking. Hanken thus receives top marks as one of the three leading business schools in the Nordic region. The Financial Times annually ranks the 100 best master’s programmes world-wide.

Hanken has recently performed very well in the Financial Times ranking, with the university's master's programme also ranking an impressive 57th last year.
"We are very happy that Hanken is once again among the top business schools in the Nordic region. The ranking reflects not only the success of our students, but also our efforts to promote sustainability, diversity and inclusion, which are core values in our strategy," says Rector Ingmar Björkman.
There are about 14,000 business schools in the world. Of these, only 100 qualify for the Financial Times ranking. The list is topped by the University of St.Gallen, HEC Paris and INSEAD, while Stockholm School of Economics, Lund University School of Economics and Management and Hanken are the highest ranked business schools in the Nordic region.
Hanken performs particularly well in the ranking in terms of students' career success and international experience. Sustainability, diversity and inclusion are also areas where Hanken excels in comparison with other business schools.
The results in the ranking are mainly based on a survey sent to alumni who graduated with a master’s degree from the university three years previously, and partly on data handed in by the universities themselves.
