DNA Provides Global Network and Cybersecurity Services to Ponsse
Ponsse, one of the world’s leading forest machine manufacturers, and DNA are initiating a partnership that includes Ponsse’s group-wide network and cybersecurity services, along with the related expert services.
Ponsse operates in 40 different countries worldwide. As part of the international Telenor Group, DNA is responsible for the delivery, maintenance, and continuous development of Ponsse's network and cybersecurity services comprehensively across all locations globally.
DNA's pioneering expertise in cloud-based software-defined networks, Nordic know-how, and extensive partner network enable effective service for international customers with sustainable solutions for the future in a centralized manner. The network and cybersecurity services provided by DNA to Ponsse include network maintenance, design, and continuous development, as well as several modern solutions to enhance network security and availability.
The software-defined network allows for the monitoring of network security and remote management as an expert service from Nordics, enabling challenges to be addressed quickly and efficiently.

DNA’s comparison of the 50 largest municipalities between January and October 2025 reveals surprising differences between municipalities and age groups in the amount of data used on phones. The new DNA Huoleton mobile and broadband subscriptions, as well as Varma business subscriptions, have attracted significant interest. They include secure internet browsing, a feature that prevents customers from accessing harmful websites. Secure internet browsing is an effective safeguard against online scams, and during the past six months from May to October it has already blocked 7,6 million scam attempts for subscription users.
