EPSI Rating 2013: customers most satisfied with DNA mobile broadband
According to this year's EPSI Rating survey, the most satiesfied to their mobile broadband services are DNA's private and corporate customers. As in previous years, DNA Welho had the best customer satisfaction among TV service providers. DNA's mobile broadband service also had the most satisfied customers for the second year running. The satisfaction of corporate customers was measured for the first time in 2013.
Mobile broadband's good ranking due to hard work
In recent years, DNA has invested heavily in the development and modernisation of its mobile networks. According to a recent comparison made by the Helsingin Sanomat daily newspaper (HS 20.10.2013), DNA's mobile network is currently the fastest in large cities.
DNA is also constantly expanding its 3G and 4G networks that serve mobile broadband customers all over Finland. During this year alone, more than 1,500 new base stations have been built across Finland. Approximately 1,000 of these were constructed for the 4G LTE network and roughly 500 for the 3G network. DNA's 4G-grade speeds are currently available in more than 220 Finnish municipalities, and DNA’s 4G LTE network already covers more than 40 cities and reaches more than two million people in Finland.

DNA Welho still has the most satisfied pay TV customers
Customers remain most satisfied with the pay TV services provided by DNA Welho. DNA Welho placed first in last year's EPSI Rating study as well, and customer satisfaction has only increased further since then: DNA Welho is now number one in its series by all indicators.
“These results are something to be proud of. Achieving them has required much hard work, since the pay TV market is evolving constantly and DNA considers it a priority to offer only the best quality, service and content to our customers”, Väisänen continues.
At present, DNA WELHO offers a wide range of channels for cable and antenna TV customers. DNA has approximately 600,000 cable network customers and more than 155,000 pay TV subscriptions in both cable and antenna households. DNA-owned PlusTV has some 220,000 households as customers.
The annual EPSI Rating study analyses customer satisfaction and loyalty in the different sectors of telecommunications.
