Medicortexilla on käynnissä osakeantikampanja

Medicortex Finland Plc, a biopharmaceutical company focusing on the development of diagnostics and drug treatment for mild traumatic brain injury (TBI), launched a fundraising campaign on 1 July 2022 and will continue until 18 July 2022. The price per share is 0.50 EUR per share. The campaign price is equivalent to that offered in the Company’s cancelled IPO.
Medicortex tiedotti heinäkuun alussa avanneensa osakeannin, jossa sijoittajille annetaan mahdollisuus merkitä yhtiön osakkeita 0,50 euron hinnalla. Kampanjan tavoitteena on rahoittaa tapaturmaisten aivovammojen havaitsemiseen tarkoitetun testin kehitystyötä. Osakeantikampanja on auki 18.7.2022 saakka.
Yhtiö tiedotti kesäkuussa Yhdysvaltain puolustusministeriön hyväksyneen Yhtiön hankesuunnitelman aivovamman biomerkkiaineita havaitsevan virtsatestin kehittämiseksi. Neuvottelut tutkimusrahoituksesta, jonka määrä on enintään 2 miljoonaa euroa, ovat käynnissä.
