ProVerse Interactive Oy

Finnish technology company ProVerse Interactive Oy, along with its local representative in India, Routa Digital India Private Limited, has been selected to deliver a Proof of Concept (PoC) project for mine digitalisation to Hindustan Copper Limited (HCL), one of India's leading state-owned mining companies. The project will show how digital twins, immersive XR training, real-time monitoring and advanced positioning can make mining operations safer, more efficient and better connected.

ProVerse Interactive has received a positive funding decision for MilVerse4MDO, a EUR 13 million metaverse consortium that ranks among Finland's most significant defence research investments. Led by Patria and Nokia Technologies, the project will see ProVerse mature a sovereign European data layer that unifies sensors, uncrewed systems and AI into a single operational picture for multi-domain operations. The company's share of the three-year project amounts to just under EUR 1.2 million.

ProVerse Interactive has acquired Nolwenture, a Finnish software development and consulting firm. This strategic move strengthens ProVerse's in-house technology, accelerates global growth, and enhances its ability to deliver high-performance digital solutions. Nolwenture's founder, Antti Vikman, will serve as Group CTO, integrating recent technology investments into a cohesive strategy.
