Vision Zero at Work: Towards a More Sustainable and Resilient Future
The webinar celebrates the 20th anniversary of the Finnish Vision Zero Forum by gathering workplaces and experts around the world to share perspectives to Vision Zero. Through an inspiring collection of presentations, participants will have the opportunity to learn about real-life experiences from various workplaces, showcasing the practical application of Vision Zero.
Vision Zero represents a commitment to the continuous development of safety, health, and well-being at work. It encompasses effective measures to prevent work-related accidents and diseases, as well as innovative practices that promote safety.
Considering the numerous challenges faced in today's working environment, it is essential for us to envision how we can collectively contribute to a more sustainable and resilient future at work. Työelämän ulkopuolella olevista osatyökykyisistä henkilöistä tunnistettiin neljä erilaista ryhmää27.11.2023 08:30:00 EET | Tiedote
Osatyökykyiset työttömät muodostavat monimuotoisen väestöryhmän. Työterveyslaitoksen tutkimusryhmä tunnisti neljä ryhmää, joiden työhistoriapolut, terveys sekä työ- ja toimintakyky poikkesivat toisistaan. Erityispiirteiden tunnistaminen antaa suuntaa sille, millaiset toimenpiteet voisivat olla hyödyllisiä kullekin ryhmälle. Lisäksi saatiin lisää näyttöä Kykyviisari-itsearviointityökalun luotettavuudesta työ- ja toimintakyvyn arvioinnissa.
