Digital Workforce Signs Multi-Year Outsourcing Agreement with a Large Industrial Corporation to Take Over Intelligent Automation Operations

Digital Workforce Services Oyj today announced that it has entered into an extensive, multi-year agreement with a leading international industrial corporation to assume full responsibility for the client’s Intelligent Automation (IA) operations with more than 150 UiPath RPA automations, and their future development.

The wellbeing services counties of North Savo and Pirkanmaa have selected an advanced automation solution developed by Digital Workforce and Atostek to archive the retiring Uranus systems into Kela’s Kanta services. The solution is delivered to the wellbeing services counties as a SaaS service provided by Istekki. The combined value of the agreements is 2 M EUR. The same system-independent automation solution for extracting and transferring client and patient data has already been successfully deployed in over half of Finland’s wellbeing services counties. The wellbeing services counties of North Savo and Pirkanmaa aim to decommission the remaining legacy Uranus systems within 18 months, shortly after the deployment of the new OMNI360 patient information systems.
